About Us

About Everyday Tech Reviews
Real reviews for real people.
Everyday Tech Reviews exists to help you make smarter buying decisions without getting buried in hype, jargon, or specs that don’t matter in real life.
I started this site for one simple reason: to help people (and my own family) spend money wisely on tech we actually use every day. Not everyone wants to chase the newest release — most of us just want gear that works, lasts, and feels worth the price.
That’s what we focus on.
How We Evaluate Products
We don’t pretend to lab-test everything under perfect conditions. Instead, we focus on how products perform where they actually get used.
Our process usually includes:
- Looking closely at build quality, design, and everyday usability
- Reviewing real-world performance data and trusted benchmarks
- Comparing products against popular alternatives and last-gen options
- Weighing price, longevity, and value — not just raw performance
At the end, we answer the questions people really ask:
- Who is this for?
- Who should skip it?
- Is it worth the money right now?
What We Do
- We break down everyday tech so it’s easier to decide what’s actually right for you.
- Honest opinions on laptops, routers, PC parts, accessories, and home tech
- Side-by-side comparisons that explain why one option makes more sense than another
- Buyer guides that translate specs and reviews into plain-English recommendations
- Setup tips and practical advice to get more out of the gear you already own
- We’re not here to impress manufacturers — we’re here to help you feel confident before you click “Buy.”

Why We Exist
A lot of tech content is built around hype, launches, and extreme use cases.
Most people don’t live there.
Everyday Tech Reviews is for:
- Home offices
- Gaming setups
- Family computers
- Budget-conscious upgrades
- “Is this actually worth it?” questions
If a cheaper option is the smarter move, we’ll say it.
If an upgrade doesn’t make sense yet, we’ll say that too.
The goal is simple: buy once, buy right, and don’t regret it later.

How We Think About “Scores”
Rather than chasing a single number, we look at what matters most to buyers:
- Performance & reliability — does it do what you need it to do well?
- Value — is the price justified compared to alternatives?
- Design & comfort — will you enjoy using it daily?
- Support & longevity — updates, compatibility, and lifespan
Not every product needs to be the “best.” It just needs to be the right choice for the situation.
Our Values
- Plain language: No unnecessary jargon. If a term matters, we explain it.
- Honest perspective: Opinions backed by research, experience, and comparisons — not hype.
- Reader-first: Recommendations are based on what makes sense for real budgets and real setups.
- Independence: Brands don’t control our opinions or conclusions.

Who’s Behind Everyday Tech Reviews
Everyday Tech Reviews is run by someone who genuinely cares about making smart tech decisions — not just for readers, but for my own household too.
I approach tech the same way most people do:
What works? What lasts? What’s worth paying for — and what isn’t?
That mindset drives everything published here.
